Building Envelope: Design, fabricate and installation of Marley Eternit cladding, brickwork and associated external façade details
Finishes: Formation and finishes of fit-out partitions, ceilings, floors, joinery and ancillary structures associated with the internal fit-out including dining area and washrooms.
