Client Brief
Erection of a new single storey building sympathic to the historic adjacent buildings to provide a new multi-function community function rooms building. Provide a two storey link building between Elliott Hall/Theatre and adjacent dance studios building complete with DDA access. Refurbish and upgrade the toilet facilities within the Elliott Hall building with the installation of new DDA facilities. Survey and upgrade the fire compartmentation and doors within the Elliott Hall/Theatre. Refurbish the Arts block complete with DDA access and new washroom facilities. Refurbish the existing hatch End swimming pool suite including new reception extension and reconfigure changing room’s layout.
Our Scope of Works
Building Envelope: Design, fabricate and installation of modular new community building & new link including secondary lightweight framing (SFS), brickwork, timber rainscreen cladding systems, roof structure/finish and associated external façade details
Structure: Structural alterations to existing building to suit new layout
Internal Fit-out: Interior fit out, formation and finishes of fit-out partitions, glazed balustrade, ceilings, floors, joinery and ancillary structures associated with the internal fit-out and refurbishments.
