Client Brief:
Internal refurbishment, re-configurations and external area upgrade at Newmarket Academy.
Our Scope of Work:
This project was split into separate work package sections:
- Supply only of ICT equipment
- Engineering Areas – reconfiguration & new equipment and associated MEP
- Civils Works which includes the main construction elements of the works included strip out and removal of existing finishes, refurbishment including walls & floor finishes to general teaching area classrooms and corridors (excludes office spaces / staff areas)
- Furniture – Supply of loose furniture
- SEND Area fit-out refurbishment of SEND including the modification of new MEP to suit the new design.
- Hard landscaping & external structures
