Refurbish existing library building to creating an impressive state-of-the-art facility which includes 50% increase in space and improved facilities throughout, including a new children’s library, Learning Centre, Atrium exhibition and performance area, and an improved and extended Local Heritage and Archives Service.

Finishes: Internal Fit-out: Interior fit out, formation and finishes of fit-out partitions, ceilings, joinery and ancillary structures associated with the internal fit-out including washrooms and breakout area.
